1. Education – High School Graduate.
2. Experience – Construction sales experience is a plus.
3. Skills, knowledge and abilities – The use of analytical and observational skills, which demonstrate an ability to organize and appropriately communicate thoughts and facts during a customer sales presentation. Should be an out-going individual who is comfortable meeting new people and being in unfamiliar settings. Should be the type of person who can put others at ease and inspire conversation and trust. Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications.
4. Physical – Standing, sitting, walking, climbing body movements, carrying items ladders and promotional samples, use of hands, eyes, arms and voice. Must have ability to physically measure a roof, siding, windows. Appropriate attire required.
5. Mental – Requires analytical and statistical knowledge using general business mathematical skills. Language ability includes reading, writing, spelling, and the ability to communicate clearly on the technical and business topics in English.
6. Working Conditions: Primarily field with some office time.
7. Insurance Claims experience is a plus

2. Will entertain Independent Sales Reps 

1. Main market area is Twin Cities metro area and greater metro area
2. Candidates who are willing to travel throughout the state and national locations is a plus
